Crunchy Flowers (using dried hydrangea to style your spaces)

How does he loathe thee?  Let me count the ways.  LOL.  My husband HATES my “crunchy flowers” as he calls them and well, I don’t really care.  I find my dried hydrangea flowers to be useful in various scenarios throughout my home.  Need some texture in a little corner or some life on your desk?  They are somewhere between beautiful fresh flowers that will die and artificial flowers that often look a tad cheesy.

I’m still not exactly sure how to properly dry hydrangea flowers once you cut them (find another blog for that tidbit), but I guess I’ve lucked out a few times and for the most part they dried into nice full flowers with interesting colors.  Here are a few ways I’ve used dried hydrangea flowers to style my house…in a box, in a jar, in a house, with a mouse…you get the point!
