For more experienced students

You are able to have a deeper insight into specific postures or categories of postures that interest you. Private yoga sessions are the perfect learning environment. I can help you with posture alignment, modifications and can help you develop a balanced home practice.

For new students

As a new student, you may be intimidated by the public classroom environment. Private classes allow teachers the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start.

Corporate or small groups

Yoga sessions allow employees a pause to rejuvenate and refresh, whether it’s before, during, or after their workday. Stress levels decrease as mental clarity and energy levels soar. Yoga classes offer a cost-effective and innovative solution for companies wanting to reduce health care expenses, relieve workplace stress, and promote employee well-being.

Rates for 60 minute classes:

  • Individual or couple: 1-2: $100 per 60 minute class
  • Small Group: 3-5: $125 per 60 minute class
  • Group of 5+ or other custom arrangements: Please inquire

Policies / Terms / Cancellations:

  • Payments for couples, small groups and corporate are required ahead of class.
  • We accept cash in-studio or any major credit card via our easy, secure online payment system.
  • Individuals and couples are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
  • Please provide 48 hours notice for reschedules. No shows and last minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
