Meghan has been practicing yoga on and off for years, but it wasn’t until about eight years ago that it completely changed her perspective on life. Yoga brought the magic back – like that happy, excited feeling that made you run everywhere when you were six. The practice gave her a better awareness and appreciation for the present moment both on and off the mat. Her desire to share this experience led her to receive her 200 Hour Certification at Laughing Lotus in NYC where she was drawn based on their chakra based vinyasa flow. Her classes also focus on a vinyasa flow moving through the chakra system that helps to unfold the body and mind in an organic way.
