Ariana began to take her yoga practice to a deeper level five years ago after discovering her love for vinyasa classes. She completed her 200 hours through YogaWorks Manhattan, and capped off her 500 hours through Zuna Yoga Bali. She is certified in Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Hatha Yoga. She meditates regularly and maintains both pranayama and asana practices. She rolls her mat out whenever and wherever she is able to. She is passionate about the science of yoga and lives each day in service of others.
