yes you must register ahead of time as well as be approved to take class at our in-home space. The space can hold up to 9 people comfortably. If you have received the approval email, please pay online ahead of arrival if you would like to use a credit card. Cash only in person, please.

If you would like to pay via credit card please pay ahead of time online here. It's as easy as entering your name, email and credit card info. If you'd like to pay cash you may pay in-person at the time of the class. Note: We will not be able to accept credit cards in-person at the Orange location.

You need yourself and a Yoga mat. You can also bring a water bottle and a towel, if you think you might be sweaty.

Yes. We host all levels classes. This means our most and least advanced students can practice side-by-side and go as far as they need to that day. No one is there to judge if you are new. You will find a very helpful and encouraging environment that was created to make everyone feel welcome.
